Limitless Dynamics Vehicle Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Limitless Dynamics Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Limitless Dynamics LLC ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if older) at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, affiliates, advertising agencies, immediate family members, and members of the same household of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

3. Promotion Period

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

A purchase will not increase your odds of winning beyond the number of entries awarded under these Official Rules.

5. How to Enter

A. Purchase Method

Eligible participants will receive giveaway entries for qualifying purchases made through:

Entry allocation:

Every $1.00 USD spent on qualifying merchandise = 10 entries

Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and refunded or cancelled orders do not qualify for entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to exclude certain products from earning entries.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite the following on a plain 3" × 5" card:

Mail the completed card in a stamped #10 envelope to:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of giveaway entries as a qualifying purchase designated by Sponsor.

Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are void.

6. Entry Limits

There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchase entries.

Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per envelope unless otherwise stated.

Use of bots, scripts, automated systems, or fraudulent methods is prohibited.

7. Prize

Sponsor makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

8. Vehicle Transfer

Winner is responsible for:

registration
title fees
licensing
insurance
fuel
travel expenses
transportation costs
taxes
any governmental fees

unless expressly paid by Sponsor.

Canadian winners are solely responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, GST/HST/PST, import requirements, transportation costs, and any other governmental charges associated with importing the vehicle.

9. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the Promotion.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted using the information associated with their entry.

If Sponsor cannot contact the winner within five (5) business days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require:

proof of identity
proof of age
proof of residency
signed affidavit of eligibility
liability/publicity release (where permitted)

before awarding the prize.

11. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, local, or foreign taxes arising from acceptance of the prize.

Sponsor may issue any tax forms required by applicable law.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's:

name
likeness
voice
city/state or province
photographs
video footage

for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

cancel
suspend
modify
terminate

the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor's decisions are final.

14. Fraud

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who:

tampers with the Promotion
uses multiple identities
uses bots
commits fraud
attempts to circumvent these rules
interferes with the operation of the Promotion

15. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, affiliates, advertising agencies, and promotion partners from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where such releases are prohibited by applicable law.

16. Privacy

Information collected will be used to administer the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Rules limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under the laws of a participant's place of residence.

18. Social Media Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Shopify, or ViralSweep.

19. Winner List

To request the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state (or province), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
